For James counsin’s 40th birthday, Clan Franzman came up with the idea for a ‘This-is-your-life’ scrapbook. Being Catholic, Clan Franzman had been prolific in the fifties and sixties, and now the trail of cousins, second counsins, third cousins twice removed lay dibs on the acrostics, limericks and concrete poem ideas. Which left me only with the idea for this comic strip.
